Really nice cafe with a good variety of options in cakes and savoury dishes. I had a very good hot chocolate and a delicious cheese toastie. It wasn't very busy when I was there and the cafe is cosy.

Some of the other reviews on here are quite harsh. We arrived here on our small tour of the Cotswolds on one of the hottest and busiest days of the year. Me and my wife got some toasties and some iced coffees and were treated nicely by the staff. The sandwiches were really nice too. They were attentive and didn’t take long to serve. The cafe is sort of neatly tucked away as you make your way down from the trout farm so it’s a nice people watching spot.

Best cafe I visited in the Cotswolds - excellent coffee, out of this world mushroom and truffle toastie, plus the music was great. Good atmosphere even when I was the only customer in there. Staff were chilled, but didn't leave you with an empty cup. If you appreciate good quality coffee this is your place!

I love the Twig I've visited a number of times. There is always a fab selection of sandwiches, the numerous veggie options are amazing. Bacon butties are also great, a massive bap filled with yummy crispy bacon and coffee to die for. The staff are always really happy and helpful. Such a great atmosphere. Cant wait for my next visit.

The Twig is an absolute gem of a place ! Amazing quaint coffee/pastry shop ! Stopped by quickly for a coffee. Delicious ! Not only do they have yummy pastries/food but you MUST try their sourdough bread, wasn't going to take a chance of selling out so we asked if they would hold a purchased loaf for us since it was raining, without hesitation they said it was ok !! Totally appreciate that we didn't have to carry it all afternoon. Made for incredible sandwiches !!

Delicious sourdough and the portion is so big. Tiny and cosy cafe. Only 1 staff is serving and preparing food seems not enough.
